Service Description

SLSGB Surf Coach Safety & Rescue course is designed for those who work as surf coaches at a surf school anywhere in the world. This 3-day course prepares you for possible incidents during your surf lessons. You will learn how to get injured people out of the water without aid or with a surfboard as aid. Theory about the beach, the sea, etc. will be taught in a practical way. Of course a part is also first aid and reanimation. For the course you have to do a swimming test: 200 meter within 5 minutes. We will do this test on the Sunday. You must be at least 16 years old to take part in this course. The diploma has to be retested every year. Sometimes it's possible to get a full or partial refund for this course from your health insurance company. This depends on where and how you are insured.
