SURFCOACH SAFETY

Looking to take your surf coaching skills to the next level? The SLS GB Surf Coach Safety course is designed for those who work as surf coaches in surf schools anywhere in the world. This 3-day course prepares you for potential incidents during your surf lessons, teaching you how to extract injured persons from the water without equipment or using a surfboard as a tool. You'll learn about practical theory on the beach, sea, hazards, and risks, as well as receive training on first aid and resuscitation.

At Lifeguarding.eu, we offer a 2-day renewal/update every other year to ensure that your skills stay up-to-date. To participate in this course, you must be at least 16 years old and pass a 200m swim test within 5 minutes. Your certificate must be reevaluated annually.

The cost for the full 3-day course is €295.00, while the 2-day renewal costs €235.00. Check out our calendar for the course dates and find the costs in the registration form. Depending on your insurance, you may be able to receive a full or partial refund for this course as it includes comprehensive training on first aid and resuscitation.
